Very good with carpet repair and cleaning. The carpet repair completed by Gentle Touch Carpet Clean was excellent. The repair person came on time and completed the job quickly.

Both technicians that were at my house were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The job was done efficiently and neatly. The carpets looked great and weren't soaking wet for days. The price was also acceptable.
