The Small Business tips today will be about steps to developing a marketing plan.

  1. Your marketing plan needs specific goals and a time frame for completion. This is the first step to determine.
  2. Figure out which tools will help you meet your goals best. Internet, traditional media, special events, advertising? Research.
  3. Once you know your goals, time frame and tools you must now come up with a budget that reflects it all.
  4. Upon implementation you should monitor results & then adjust. Adjust because no initial plan is as effective as it could be.
