The staff was excellent and was very helpful. The properties are all beautiful with lots of things to do and see just around the hotel. I enjoyed everything about my whole stay here. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in my whole life. Thank you for providing me such exceptional service and remarkable stay.

Grand but old by Mike M. via Judy's Book on 5/10/2009
The first impression of this hotel is wow, so grand. The interior decor is really Victorian like with high ceilings. Gives you the high classy feeling. Though once you go into the room, it's spacious but very old. Washroom is bit rusty…
Elegant, a stroll back in history by cmay92 via Citysearch on 5/16/2007
We were lucky enough to secure a room at this beautiful hotel at the very last minute. With 17,000 people in town for our convention, we were treated like we were the only ones there. Very courteous staff. The waitstaff at S'meraldi's was…
