We believe that pain is not a lifestyle, we can help you change that, we also can refer out to other specialties to see second opinions. Choosing a low invasive form of soft tissue healing, while trying to avoid the dangers of procedures and medicine is an excellent start, but we by no means replace any doctors advice or help that you may need to seek.

Tabitha is Specialized in Deep Tissue, Relaxing Massage, Hot Stones, Prenatal Massage, Suction Cups for Myofascial release, Sports Massage, and Stretching. She can also do Medical Massage.

At Pura Vida Massage we believe that every single session is unique, they are all customized to your specific needs. Any chronic holding patterns that you may have, create problems in the body that need to be addressed accordingly

We would also like to inform you that we are taking extra steps to keep you and us safe. We sanitize everything that a human can touch with pure alcohol and we let it air dry, we change our shirts also after we are done with a massage, so you always get a sparkly clean room and a therapist with a clean shirt!

We are asking that anyone entering the building wear a mask, for all of our protection, due to the pandemic.
