The practice of attorney Thomas H. Stocker is focused on employment, discrimination, real estate, business and estate work, as well as litigation in these areas. I was licensed as a Colorado attorney in May 1985. I am licensed to practice before all Colorado federal, state, appellate, and municipal courts. Day and evening appointments are available. My office is located near Union and 6th Ave. in Lakewood.

Before becoming an attorney, I was a licensed civil engineer in Pennsylvania, Colorado and Wyoming and a licensed surveyor in Pennsylvania. These licenses are now inactive. My work experience covers a wide spectrum including underground coal mine surveyor, mine foreman, civil engineer, senior project engineer for Gulf Oil Corp., on synthetic fuels projects, law clerk, associate for Sherman & Howard, and principal in my private practice since 1988.

I enjoy rock climbing and mountain hiking adventures with my three adult sons, who are all currently serving in the Colorado Army National Guard. All have been deployed, my oldest son three times. I hold an American Mountain Guides Association Single Pitch Instructor rock guiding license. Every year, I contribute many dozens of hours to the Colorado Mountain Club as a volunteer rock climbing instructor and trip leader.
