Established October 1, 1992, Classic Jewelers is a family business owned by husband and wife, Vish and Nadira Persaud. Celebrated and renowned master jeweler, Vish Persaud, first started working with Mark Loren Design in 1985, and eventually gaining his G.I.A. certification in advanced diamond setting. In 1992, Vish gained enough experience and expertise to start his own business which has flourished over the years. Being a third-generation jeweler himself, his skill with jewelry comes as no surprise. Customers continually rave over his custom design pieces, skills with repair work, and his perfectionist demeanor. Besides the custom-jewelry design and repair work done on premises, many other major jewelry businesses allocate their custom jobs and repairs to Vish. The definition of a true artisan, Vish is praised as the expert craftsman of his trade throughout southwest Florida.

Adding that personal touch to their business, Nadira Persaud, is a favorite among her customers. While Vish handles his custom pieces and repair in his work-room, Nadira is at the storefront greeting customers with a smile. For 19 years, customers continually return to her to purchase their jewelry and other merchandise sold throughout the store. Nadira firmly believes that her loyal customers are family and not just friends. In addition to handling sales, Nadira also works with re-stringing pearls, beads, crystals, and gemstones. The pair truly complement each other as they operate a business which continues to satisfy customers everywhere.

We can custom make any gold or platinum piece of jewelry for you. During the design stage, any photographic or hand-drawn material wil help the creation of the piece. We can provide a wax mold of the piece for your approval before we begin the casting process. We are willing to work with any scrap jewelry you might have to create your piece.


Watch Battery Replacement | Starting at $10.00

We can replace batteries in watches including, but not limited to, Citizen, Swiss Army, Seiko, Fossil, and most other analog or digital watches. We also provide watch band replacements, can remove or add links, and can get most face crystals replaced.


Appraisals | Starting at $60.00 per piece or complimentary on in-store purchases

For insurance purposes or other circumstances, we are happy to provide appraisals on whatever jewelry you might have. Our appraisals include pictures of the said piece, description, gold weight, stone value, and the piece's retail value.


Repairs and Rebuilds | Contact for quote

We are willing to repair any jewelry that is broken. Whether it's a stone that needs to be reset, a missing prong, a broken clasp, break in a chain or ring, or something more severe, we can repair it for you. Again, we are willing to work with any scrap gold you might have in order to repair your jewelry in a cost efficient manner. Included in our jewelry repairs are pearl re-stringing or any work that might need to be done with beaded jewelry.

Jewelry Cleaning Service | Complimentary while you wait in-store for service

While you wait, we are more than happy to clean your jewelry in the ultrasonic cleaner till it sparkles again! Additionally, we will check for any missing or loose stones on your jewelry. We encourage all our customers to bring in their jewelry to be checked and cleaned so please do!
