Christiansen & Sergi, Inc. was established in 1978 as Christiansen Engineering providing civil and environmental engineering services to public and private sector clients. Philip Christiansen brought a lengthy resume that included experience in infrastructure design, pollution control, hydraulics and landfill design. As the company continued its growth in both staff and services provided, the name was changed in 1985 to Christiansen and Sergi, Inc. to reflect the contributions of the principal land surveyor Michael Sergi.Today Christiansen & Sergi, Inc. offers a range of civil engineering and land surveying services from civil site design to athletic facility design. Christiansen & Sergi, Inc. provide full service design and construction oversight to its clients including conceptual planning, governmental permitting, cost estimates, construction oversight, construction layout and as-built condition plans.
