Empowering relational psychotherapy with mindfulness. Debra teaches her clients about the felt sense, assisting in moving out of stuck frozen energy in the body and psyche. Having worked with trauma survivors for many years, Debra has been working with EMDR, Somatic Experience more recently, and shame reduction work.

Debra also works effectively with couples, gay/lesbian, bisexual, transexual, and heterosexual.
She especially enjoys engaging couples in Feelings-Based work, accessing language of the heart.
