Beartooth Counseling provides a wide array of counseling services to meet the psychological needs of Children, Adolescents, and Adults. We offer Individual Therapy, Family Therapy and Marital Therapy and Counseling. We work with a variety of concerns including Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Adjustment Disorders, and the Evaluation and Treatment of Attention Deficit Disorders in Children and Adults. Also, we provide Psychiatric referrals as needed.

Custody Consultants, Inc. uses Uniform Custody Evaluations to ensure that the best interests of the child are met. We provide Child Advocacy Diagnostic Interviews, Mediation Services, Court Testimony and Supervised Visitation. Also, we help couples develop post divorce parenting plans when custody is undisputed.

About Us
Larry E. Fritz, M.Ed., Ed.S., received his Masters of Education and Educational Specialist degree in Counseling from the University;of Missouri-Columbia in 1980. He worked as an outpatient adult, family, and children's therapist for the Mental Health Center in Billings, Montana for 12 years and entered private practice in 1994. Larry specializes in child and family issues, custody assessments, developing parenting plans, coping with divorce issues, marital and couples therapy, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, and evaluation and treatment of Attention Deficit Disorder in adults and children. He is trained in play therapy for children. Larry has been recognized as an "Expert Witness" by the courts and has provided court testimony across the United States in child custody disputes, Also, he has provided supervision to therapists performing child custody investigations in various other states.


Mary Pentherby-Macki, M.S., received her Masters of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Montana State University-Billings in 1994. She has worked extensively in educational settings for 16 years with multi-age levels from pre-school to adult. Beginning private practice in 1996, Mary specializes in Mediation, developing and modifying parenting plans, divorce adjustments, custody assessments, children, adolescents, adults, couples, relationship problems, sexual abuse issues, and blended families. Mary has traveled throughout the Western United States to execute parenting plans utilizing the best interests of the children statutes. The courts have recognized Mary as an "Expert Witness". She has provided court testimony across the United States in child custody evaluations.


Payment of fees is requested at the time of service. Health insurance may cover services in full or in part. We will submit claims to your insurance for you if you wish. A fee will be charged when appointments are canceled with less than twenty-four hours notice, except in emergencies.
