If your pet is convalescing from an illness, Dr. Brown offers a concierge service for access for questions 24/7 by telephone or email. In this case, should your pet need to go to an emergency clinic after hours, Dr. Brown will contact the veterinarians with pertinent history and treatments for your pet.

If not under concierge contract and if your pet needs medical attention after hours, please visit our after hours emergency page. DO NOT DELAY! It can be difficult to tell when a pet is unwell and how serious the situation may be. Our advice is to not delay a visit and examination. If you suspect something is wrong, you know your pet better than anyone else and you are probably correct. Our pets, especially cats and “stoic” type dogs, can seem and act just “fine” until they are obviously ill, so trust your instincts if something seems just not “quite right.” Better to be safe than sorry.
