Freedom Boat Club was founded in 1989 in Sarasota, FL. It is the oldest and largest boat club in North America with over 150 locations and over 16,000 members. The vision that inspired the boat club model was simple and straightforward, to make boating more accessible and affordable. With a membership to our exclusive International boat club you don't have to worry about boat maintenance, dock fees, insurance, depreciation, trailers or even clean up. Freedom Boat Club Lake Erie currently has three locations, Catawba Island, Rocky River and Huron along the shorelines of Lake Erie, with 24 boats in the fleet. You get access to not just one boat but our entire fleet at our 3 locations. The fleet offers a variety of boats that are equipped with onboard GPS, radios and Fish Finders. You will feel confident and safe heading out to your favorite fishing spot or destination in our deep bowed boats. Our membership is just a one time membership fee and monthly dues that cost you less than storing your boat for a season. We have a variety of membership options and our membership spans all ages.
