Squires Roofing Company, a family-owned and operated business, was founded in 1940 by Gene and Jerry Squires and is proud to have kept over 250,000 homes warm and dry with new roofs over the last 65 years.
In 1949, Harold Koehler joined the Squires team as Sales Manager and became an integral part of Squires until his death in 1960. Harold’s son Jack joined the company in 1954, became Sales Manager in 1959 and eventually became President of the company.
Continuing in their father’s and grandfather’s footsteps are Jeff and Chris Koehler who now own and operate Squires Roofing Company. Jeff Koehler serves as Vice President and Sales Manager and Chris Koehler as Vice President and General Manager. As General Manager, Chris works with the crews to make sure all the latest technology is used to the customer’s advantage.
The Squires Roofing Company name and reputation is so well respected that the City of Cleveland asked Chris to lead a roofing seminar on the proper application of shingle and flat roofs for all 80 city building and housing inspectors.
