Terrible Experience by TotallyDissatisfied via Citysearch on 5/13/2009

My trust in this agency cost me hundreds of dollars. Google "David Spriggs Complaints" and read more than one accounting of dissatisfaction. Glad to be rid of him but poorer for the experience.
