Lake Keowee Home Tenders provides

a) Home watch service (for second homeowners/vacation homeowners, we will visit home as scheduled by client and review check list, then report back to client if there are any concerns)

b) Pre-arrival service (for vacation homeowners, we will open your home up prior to arrival, turn on lights, adjust thermostat, put out linens to name a few),

c) Departure service (for vacation homeowners, we will secure your home after you leave, haul off trash, set thermostat, launder linens, to name a few)

d) Service personnel access for second homeowners/vacation homeowners (we will provide access and remain on premises until they are done and then lock up)
