FoxFire Systems Group is a leading provider of electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software that focuses primarily on Optometry clinics and Opthalmology clinics. Our EHR software is ONC-ATCB certified and meets the requirements outlined under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) for "meaningful use". This means that practices that upgrade to our comprehensive, user-friendly EHR system are eligible to receive up to $44,000 in government stimulus payments if they follow the guidelines for "meaningful use" set forth in the ARRA of 2009. Our system focuses on keeping everything on one screen to save you time, maximize efficiency, and facilitate ease of use. It is also a CCHIT certified system that includes several components including image management, notes, medication management, centralized printing and faxing, worklists, messaging, and so much more!


FoxFire Systems Group also specializes in healthcare billing and eye care inventory management. In fact, many clinics have outsourced their entire billing operations with FoxFire Systems Group, thus freeing up their staff to focus on the needs of their patients and alleviating the hassle of dealing with insurance claims, collection statements, and other billing issues.
