Bella Cosmetology College is family-owned and operated right here in Winnsboro, TX. Bella Cosmetology College was founded in 2009 and purchased by Mrs. Berry in 2011. She has 17 years experience in the Cosmetology School Industry and 40 years in the beauty industry. Bella offers the latest in teaching techniques including braiding, hair extensions and chemical services.
