Enjoyable experience
I called Factory Direct Floor for an estimate for carpeting in a bedroom. We found the right floor after he explained any questions we had. Their professionalism and small talk about our families made for an enjoyable experience. My floor was installed 24 hours later by two hard working installers and it looks great.
