Solving it so quickly
They were prompt to come out and the service was great and they had great customer service. They really took their time to explain everything to us and made a horrible experience into a good one, solving it so quickly.

I love my new floors!
I love my new floors! I put them in a large living room area and two bedrooms. They wear like iron with two little grandchildren playing on them with all kinds of toys and my children's dogs running all over them. The ordering process was easy and the delivery came off without a hitch. The installer said the product was exceptional. I would highly recommend Factory Direct Floor!
