They were punctual & neat
We called Factory Direct Floor for some basement work on a Monday. They responded immediately. We had a price by Tuesday! Many other companies still have not even called me back. The work went off perfectly. They were punctual, neat, and we are thrilled with the workmanship. We are absolutely thrilled with the basement and with the comfort and knowledge that we have found renovators for life!
