All staff are so good, attentive and so friendly. Foods are so great and place are so nice that really exceed my expectation. The restaurant is one of the best restaurants of all time. Food is great, accommodating staff. Never failed to remember their repeated guest and greet hem with a genuine smile on their face.

It's to die for! Great drinks. They also have a great happy hour. If you like spicy, they make an excellent habanero margarita to knock your socks off. Highly recommend! The one on Alki is my favorite.

Great Food by Sirima S. via KidScore on 6/4/2012

Yummy southwest food. Like the steaks, cactus apps, and margarita's. If you take the kids there's the beachfront park nearby.

Good Southwest Food by Amy M. via Judy's Book on 3/9/2012

Pros: Tasty if you like southwest like pepper jack, grilled chicken, and avacados. I recently had the spicy brisket tacos and although a bit greasy the flavors were good.Cons: If your a parent this place isn't particularly kid friendly.

Yikes by ladale10 via Citysearch on 8/5/2011

How can the same restuarant chain be so different? The Madison Park service is not so good and the food rushed with so so results. Liked Kirkland. Didn't like Madison Park.

Perfect picnic by jacqueline j via Insider Pages on 3/11/2010

The food here is amazing! If you are looking for a traditional Mexican food restaurant this is not the place for you. They are right next to the beach so they are perfect for ordering something to go and having a picnic on the beach. I…

I love Madison...the server! by seawa2000 via Citysearch on 1/28/2010

This is a great place to find some tex-mex food and fantastic margaritas. Staff here has always been friendly and accomodating when asking for substitutions. For a stealthy but attentive server sit in Madison's section, she keeps the…

Cactus Restaurant is YUMMY! by Cyndee S via Insider Pages on 10/10/2009

This is one of the best hot spots in Kirkland. Very good food, great location, the guacamole is spectacular. Very cute restaurant and the staff is very friendly.

It had been a while by juanalonso via Citysearch on 4/6/2009

It had been a while since I had been to the Cactus Restuarant on Madison so reminded by the Rachel Ray Vacation show, we headed down on Sunday around 4pm. I remember how great the food used to be and still is. The butternut squash…

DON'T BOTHER!!! by c3b via Citysearch on 6/16/2008

I have heard for years on how great Cactus is.... NOT!!! The food was lacking in flavor , the drinks where just OK??? and the service person was not very freindly.

Good Drinks by justin70 via Citysearch on 3/12/2008

I live close by the Cactus so it used to be my spot in the hood to meet friends. I still go there occassionally because the Mojitos and Margaritas are great but the food has really taken a turn downhill. My recommendation is to go for a…

Good Food - Horrid Deafening Environment by seattletim via Citysearch on 7/18/2007

Eat here if you like quality Mexican food with a twist - and enjoy eating in an echo chamber with people yelling in your ear all through dinner. This restaurant is crowded and unbearably loud. To me, this takes your mind off the quality of…

mouthwatering food by irritatedatcustomerservic via Citysearch on 6/29/2007

Cactus has simply succulent food that will make your mouth water when thinking about it. I've been there several times and everytime they have outperformed themselves. The prickly pear mojito is refreshing and their margaritas…

The wait is not worth it by beary via Citysearch on 4/23/2007

The wait at this restaurant is unbearable. They make you wait outside and when we were there it was raining. It?s really too bad when a restaurant can not respond to paying customers. I can not say that the food here is worth the wait, and…

Great mojitos!!! by ttothek via Citysearch on 12/25/2006

The food was pretty good, but i do love the mojitos, more than I like the Cactus margarita. The ambiance is pretty noisy on a Thursday evening, but not too shabby. The service was wonderful, and the waitress was very nice and cooperative…

West Seattle Beach Location by kimmidee via Citysearch on 12/19/2006

I have been to all of the Cactus locations now that they have opened the new one on Alki. The location is great for the summer but the decor is a little ... umm... airport restaurantish. The food is good in all the locations, especially…

Worth The Wait by mandybanks via Citysearch on 11/21/2006

We've been dinning at the Cactus for many years now. It's trendy & can be romantic at a table for two but it's also perfect for a families. The food is amazing. The mohito's are the best. The only issue is getting a table as it's…

Yummm!! by amarcus61 via Citysearch on 9/12/2006

I was a little taken aback when I was told there wasn't a blender for the margaritas, but they made me an on the rocks margarita fan. Delicious!\r The food was fresh and served with interesting sauces. \r As a person who enjoys cooking and…

How 'bout a Mojito while dining al fresco by Aileen O. via Judy's Book on 9/11/2006

Cactus in Madison Park is a good place to meet the ya-yas for happy hour, a light meal or whenever. They have nice outdoor seating that allows you to enjoy our nice summer Seattle evenings and people watch. Inside the decor is light /…

Worth the wait by seattlemodel via Citysearch on 9/8/2006

The reason there is a wait so often is that Cactus Madison Park is consistently great! The food is always fabulous, always hot, always delicious. You cannot compare Cactus to a Mexican mom and pop restaurant or a chain restaurant; some…
