I have been a psychologist for over 25 years. Through empathic listening and supportive care I help you to create your goals and dreams. I have specific training in CBT therapy and provide a solution-focused approach to counseling to assist you in developing more effective ways of coping with life's stressors. I received my Ph.D from Auburn University in 1992. I have developed areas of specialty in depression, anxiety, grief counseling, and couples therapy.
