Sporn President, Joseph Sporn, founded The Sporn Company in 1999 in New York City. It blossomed out of his invention of the Original Sporn Training Halter, and quickly grew around this single product line. A few years later, the new Mesh Anti-Pull Harness was designed as a continuation of the legacy started by the Original Sporn Halter. These designs have helped millions of dog owners worldwide to gain humane control over the most rambunctious leash pullers.
