At Rubio's Coastal Grill, it's our mission to serve Baja-inspired, Mexican flavors you know and love, with a lighter, fresher, California coastal twist. Inspired by our Baja beginnings, the menu features our award-winning Original Fish Tacos, plus chef-crafted tacos, burritos, bowls, and salads, all made to order with fresh, quality ingredients and your choice of protein - a variety of responsibly sourced seafood, all-natural chicken, or USDA Choice steak.
