Charles is the reason Perfect Pools is so great. He is on time, pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, responsive to a problem and an all round good guy. We are very pleased with Charles' care of our pool.

They aren't finished,, AND WE'RE AFRAID TO USE IT!, So they know what they're doing? The spa keeps emptying out when the pump isn't on. NOT HAPPY
