Inspired by our Baja beginnings, the menu features our award-winning Original Fish Tacos, plus chef-crafted tacos, burritos, bowls, and salads, all made to order with fresh, quality ingredients and your choice of protein - a variety of responsibly sourced seafood, all-natural chicken, or USDA Choice steak. Our kitchens prepare handmade guacamole and "no-fried" pinto beans from scratch daily, along with a variety of fresh, signature salsas and sauces. Rubios is a good place to go for a quick Mexican meal when you don't want drive-through food. Fish tacos are only one dollar on Tuesdays and pork carnitas (which are great!) are only a dollar every day.
