Born and raised in a small town in Alabama, Matthew Parker was very close to his grandparents and has fond memories of spending time on their farm. Prior to becoming a clinician, he worked in public health for nearly a decade. Additionally, much of his clinical training was with older patients in a hospital setting - something he enjoyed very much. When he’s not working, he enjoys coaching his kids’ baseball and basketball teams, cooking, and listening to an occasional audio book.
