The restaurant specializes in Sinaloan-style seafood and Mexican dishes. Among its signature specialties are shrimp ceviche and cocktail, plus two dishes that can be shared, parillada mariscos, a combination of shrimp, lobster and fish prepared in a variety of ways, and parillada Mexicana, a variety of grilled meats/vegs. For starters the table side guacamole and queso fundido are great as are the ceviche and oysters. The Parillada Mariscos is a tour de force! Everything possible from the sea. For the traditional mexican food lover the carne asada is off the hook and the fish tacos are the best around. Try the homemade sauces as well. A little piece of Mexico, right here!! Not pretentious, just a true authentic, multi-cultural dining experience...with great lunch and happy hour specials and a breakfast menu served all day, every day! To-go orders and catering too! Baja Joe’s is not your place if you feel you need to spend a lot of money to get amazing food or if you need to be "seen" at a "scene". This is a true multi-cultural Mexico experience...recently renovated and remodeled, especially the huge patio that is great for large parties.
