Farzana Yeasmin, DO, is a family medicine physician specializing in preventive care and chronic disease management. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2022 and completed her family medicine residency at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, Texas, in 2025.
