Karen Harris Beauchamp has honed her skills as an entrepreneur and culinary artist from the time of her youth. As a teenager, Karen and her aunt founded a successful restaurant and catering business. In her early adulthood, her execution and leadership skills, along with a wealth of knowledge derived from her experience, enabled her to acquire full ownership and significantly expand restaurant business into one of the most successful catering and event planning businesses in the greater Milwaukee area. Karen now focuses her 40 years of restaurant, catering, and event planning experience on consulting small businesses with particular emphasis on social entrepreneurship. Alongside her many entrepreneurial endeavors, Karen is also an actor on television shows, commercials and print advertising. Her credits include Facebook, Wingman, Consumer Cellular and several others. She is currently working on her relaunching her most passionate endeavor, Nana K’s Kitchen Seasonings, for cooks and chefs who love robust flavor in their dishes.

My son and I gave a surprise birthday brunch for my husband today. They were right on time, beautifully packed, and the food was amazing. I would recommend them without hesitation. They made a special day even better!

Karen catered a small gathering of ladies for 43th birthday. The food was incredible, arrived on time and was set up quickly. Everything was exactly as it should have been and my friends raved about the food. I will definitely use her and Nana K's!!
