I am a trauma-informed bodyworker with just under a decade of experience in therapeutic massage, somatic practices, and mind-body psychology. Drawing from training in anatomy, neuroscience, medical massage, and intuitive presence, I’ve learned that the most effective sessions honor and support the body’s natural healing process. I use a bottom-up (or body first) approach, supporting the body and nervous system of each client. My training in psychology and plans for graduate clinical training continue to reinforce what I see in practice: that lasting healing often begins in the body.
