I booked an appointment 4 days in advanced, prior to the appointment, I called in to ensure the service technician would arrived at the allotted timed. They assured me he would. The also told me I would get a confirmation via text. I never got the confirmation, the schedule time came up, and they never showed up. I called again to see if they were coming at a later time, I got my message forward to customer service and they stated they would contact me with a reply. I never got the message again, so I called again, and got the same assurances. At 5 pm, I called again and the person on the phone told me that some times they get too many calls. So I told him, that is why I made an appointment. He said that he can only pass the message to customer service. I told this guy that I took the day off to ensure my ac unit was serviced, and given the extremely unprofessional service I got with them, that I was going to cancel their service. So, please avoid having any deals with this company.
