I bought a set of figures at a Convention, when I took them out the box one of the arms fell off. At first I was furious but I e-mailed Graphitti and they took care of it and resolved the problem. Thanks for everything, you made my day!!!

Horrible customer service got a shirt in the wrong size and they will not exchange for correct size. What a bad move, if they were half was decent would have spent a lot more $$.
