Tava Grill & Lounge When first looking to open a restaurant, chef and owner Punita Patel envisioned Tava to redefine how people see Indian Cuisine today. Located in the heart of little India in Artesia, CA. Tava brings a fresh new modern approach to the traditional Indian restaurants. Chef Punita believes in a changing menu to keep up with the seasons, using choice local produce and fresh ingredients. The Tava dining experience is unique to that, along with our modern décor & ambiance, the menu’s design is from various regions of India where the wealth of distinct flavors and techniques give you the chance to taste more of what our culture has to offer. The Lounge also has its own menu, which we like to define as California Indian, where we have taken many distinctly flavorful foods from our culture and re-presented them in a way that is more familiar to the diversity of people who would enjoy Indian food. It makes it very inviting & comforting to venture out and discover a journey of culinary excellence in Indian Cuisine.
