I am currently serving my 12th consecutive term as a California Notary Public. I have over 44 years experience as a California Notary Public. I am a "Certified Loan Signing Agent" through the National Notary Association. I am also G.L.B.A. compliant as I have been background screened through the National Notary Association. I have been an active member of the N.N.A. since 1972. In 2006, I was appointed a Notary Ambassador for California through the N.N.A. I am a member of the American Society of Notaries and, the United States Notary Association. I am an A+ Better Business Bureau Accredited Business. I am certified through the National Notary Association in TRID Closing Disclosures, as of August 18, 2015. I have performed thousands of real estate loan signings throughout my 34 year career in the Banking and Finance fields. I have been performing loan signings and general notarization's through my business, Sibley's Mobile Notary Services since January 1, 2005. I also perform general notarization's such as "Power of Attorney" General, Durable and Irrevocable, I-134 Affidavit of Support for the I.N.S., Grant Deeds, Penal System Notarization's, and Bankruptcy Telephonic 341A hearings. I am also certified through Maverick off site Automotive Signing Services to perform automobile dealership document signings.
