Okay Vietnamese food by Aileen K on 12/4/2008 via Insider Pages

Pho Vi is like any other typical Vietnamese restaurant. In fact it is next to another Vietnamese restaurant. The food here was okay. The pho that was served to us was warm and not steaming hot but at least the spring rolls were good.
