It all starts when we fresh grind non GMO, Certified Chemical Free and Heritage Grain Wheat into flour. We then add natural yeast to ferment the dough and alleviate most gluten issues while creating exceptional flavors. Next, we grow our own organic herbs and vegetables to insure a farm to fork sustainable experience. We then make all of our own menu using organic, farm fresh, all natural and even some kosher ingredients. All crafted by our chef with over 20 years of creating innovative award winning flavor combinations. Finally, we built our ovens specifically for our pizza and to create the most intimate wood fired pizza catering to your door.
