This is a small, intimate studio that offers classes for everyone; from those that have never touched a yoga mat to seasoned yoga students. The smaller class size allows for students to work at their own pace and receive more individualized attention from our experienced instructors. It also allows the student to build their own practice and achieve their specific goals. We offer all levels yoga classes, mellow yoga, hatha, vinyasa (flow), prenatal, postnatal, mommy & me, workshops and more.
