You can submit a service issue directly through the Rivian app or call the 24/7 Rivian Service Support Team. Our team of service advisors will set out the optimal repair plan to get you back on the road. The service center has a waiting room with Wi-Fi, water, and snacks. If you’d like to experience a vehicle in person, please check out our Rivian Spaces or book a demo drive through our site.
