At Sin of Cortez, our breakfast is made with fresh quality ingredients! Vegetarian, gluten-free, and paleo options available. Some of our menu items include roast beef hash, rosemary potatoes, french toast, and soy chorizo. Enjoy house-made bread, croissants, granola, salsa, and roasted-grain cereal. We have a variety of pancake options, scrambled egg breakfasts, and more! Specialty Coffees are made to order. Mochas are made from two gourmet chocolates, not syrups. Blended drinks made with fresh espresso, not powdered mix. We also have Vietnamese coffee, Mexican hot chocolate.
