We've been by many times, and I can count on one hand the number of customers in Dragon Express. Our experience with the food pretty much matches that of the number of customers, if you know what I mean. Nothing special in any regard.

The atmosphere is rather drab but the food is fairly decent. The spicy dishes really have some heat and many of the dishes are quite flavorful. The also deliver in Culver City and they have always brought food to the house piping hot.
