HI! I am Chita Avalos and I would love to take a minute to let you know how I got into the floral business As a little girl I grew up right next to a flower shop who would let me ride my little red tricycle in his parking lot and would give me a carnation before I would ride back home, since then I have been a flower lover. In 2008 I was fortunate enough to handle a few events that by 2009 I had booked my first wedding so I decided to go to school and learn as much as I can about this hobby of mine so that I can turn it into a full time career. I went to school for over 6 months and at night I was online trying to learn even more. In 2009 I was a part of several beautiful weddings as well as many other events such as sweet 16, quinces, funerals etc. by the end 2010 and after having enough floral experience I had decided to leave my job as a MEDICAL ASSISTANT and focus on my new part time business. Since 2008 I have worked only by referral and word of mouth and I am very proud and happy to say that I followed my heart and it was the best decision for me because I now have my own floral boutique and being able to do what I love full time is a blessing for me and my family. I am able to see a Brides eyes light up as a huge smile grows on her face every time I show up with on her Bridal bouquet. I love making a couples special day PERFECT! I take great pride in my work and treat every job as if it were my wedding, my relative’s funeral or my family’s celebration. No matter what the event is, I put my love into everything I make and that is why my name “Chita’s Floral Designs” and my work has grown so fast and for every event I have done it has lead up to another referral so Please give me the opportunity to be a part of your special day and let me see your smile as well.
