They are very thorough and careful packers and when unloading into the new place they listen politely to instructions from the homeowners on where to place items. Would definitely use again.

out of 5 starsHighest praise! I requested a quote & received a reply almost immediately. I had to change the move date twice - she at the office was understanding and extremely flexible. A week before the move I got Covid and was too sick to have everything organized and ready to go. Louis and Noel came in and my worries were over. They told me to just sit back and relax, they would take care of everything. And they did. All my items were treated with care and both were very professional and friendly. The overall charge was exactly what I was expecting - no hidden fees or surprises.

out of 5 starsOur movers were great. We had a team of 4 movers led by David and they did an excellent job. We had a lot of stuff to move and they estimated it would take 7 hours. It ended up taking 8, but not due to workers being slow. In fact, the entire team was working very hard the entire time. Two of the men didn't even stop for a lunch break. They took great care of our belongings and even came back by later in the evening when they found an item accidentally left on the truck. I highly recommend Brooklyn Moving for your move.

They made really good time loading the truck, and unloading at the storage unit. They also managed to fit all the items we needed in a smaller truck than I should have had. They arrived at the location earlier than expected and were ready to get started right away. I really appreciate their work ethic, the great service they provide, and the positive energy they carry throughout. Thanks guys! It was great working with you both!

out of 5 starsMy husband and I were moving from a studio to a 2 bedroom apartment in the same community. The moving team was very prompt and got right to work! It barely took them 30 minutes to load all of our furniture into our U-Haul, and they made sure to communicate as they went. Very nice and respectful of us and our items. They also took every precaution necessary to keep things safe and undamaged. It took them 1.5 hours to load and unload everything into our new apartment. Will definitely utilize this company in the future!!

We moved to a new house and they showed up on time (even beat me to the old house) and were swift in breaking everything down and moving it to the new house.
