Poor Customer Service by No Spin on 10/16/2011 via Citysearch

Looking for help from Verizon for a Blackberry that failed 4 times over a two year period. Their solution was a new Blackberry for $300. Have been with Verizon (and previous company) since 1991 and asked for a little "good will" to help…
