I no longer live in Goleta, but used to eat here all the time. The waitresses even knew my order. :) I love the outdoor patio for lunch. Although I always ordered from the menu, my friends loved their buffet, too.

Pepe's has been serving good food with good service for many years. My recomendation is to order off the menu and skip the buffett. Get to the restaurant early and enjoy a margarita on the patio with the chips and tasty salsa.
