At Above All Maintenance & Repair, you can count on us for exceptional repairs and maintenance. We can provide various clients in Southern California with general contracting and handyman-type services. Our owner Frank Varela has more than 20 years of experience working in the construction industry. Native of San Diego, he started his career in the construction industry at the age of 16. During his experience, Frank would work on track homes where he learned carpentry, electrical, plumbing and various finish trades. During that time, he was already eager to learn everything he could about the trade through hands-on experience before he then moved on to commercial, retail repairs and services.
