I had an issue with my hamster's skin, I was worried and they listened checked to make sure the information was correct and found a solution to assist him. Every time I go in they are extremely kind and helpful.

Petco did not wash the underside of my dog. There was still flea feces and blood on her. She was still infested with fleas. Petco refused to give her another bath or even refund part of my payment.
