Dennis has a background in construction that is quite extensive and diverse, encompassing various types of projects. His main thrust has been in the industrial/commercial area of constructions. However, he has also been involved with joint ventures, commercial development, custom home building, tenant improvements, and swimming pool construction. The largest project completed to date is a twelve million dollar concrete contract for Palomar Hospital in San Diego. Dennis Bedell has as in-house staff consisting on concrete masons, block masons, and framers. He has experienced crews in new constructions, tenant improvements, tilt-up, poured-in-place walls, structural concrete, and parking structures.
