Hi, I'm Jennifer an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Postpartum Doula. I have been working with babies for almost 20 years! I began working at Long Beach Memorial Hospital as a Nurse in the postpartum/newborn nursery and here is where I fell in love with breastfeeding! Since 2001, I have: been a support person in La Leche League, written literature for hospitals and blogs (www.breastfeeding.com), have worked closely with Milk and Mamas Milk Banks Inc., have taught prenatal breastfeeding classes, and work with UCSD lactation extension program.
