Long Beach School of Yoga was created to bring traditional yoga teachings to the Southern California yoga community. Join us to gain knowledge and experience peace and happiness through yoga teacher training, workshops and special events. You will be learning many techniques, theories and principles but the most important lessons come from observing great teachers and by practicing with each other.
