out of 5 starsDont know why their raring is bad . I had Alex and he was professional, courtesy and knew his job. The ladies on the phones are just as polite . I had an apt today between 12-4 and they called at 800 and ask if he could come early .Was here in 30 min. I would use these people again. Infact gonna post on my Facebook and other apps how nice they were. I also used my home warranty for them . Just overall great !!!!!!

out of 5 starsDo not use this plumbing company. My home warranty used these guys to come look at my drain for the washing machine, the first guy that came out , looked at the crawl space and said, he has to have someone else from the company out because he would not fit down the crawl space. Second guys came out, one spoke only Spanish and the other guy spoke English, did not get into the crawl space either. One of the guys took his camera poked it down the crawl space hole and took a picture. They sent a report to my home warranty and told them I cut my pipes! How can you determine that when they didn't even get into the crawl space and go to were the pipe is leaking were the washer drains. I even offered to run water down the pipe so they could see were it was leaking, they refused. These guys do not know what they are doing at all. If you didn't want to do the job. You should of just put that in your report. Not make up some lies that does not even make sense. I can't even fit in that crawl space, why on earth would I cut my pipes! This company is disgusting!

out of 5 starsOftentimes contractors who work with Home Warranty companies get bad reviews due to no fault of their own but rather because their hands are tied do to the Home Warranty Company. This is not the case with this company. They were dispatched to handle an electrical emergency at my home. I was given a window from 7am-9am. Prior to the scheduled appointment they fraudulently marked the work order as completed/closed. Called the home warranty company to alert them to this. Spent the next two hours staring out a window waiting for them. They never arrived. Eventually canceled the request and asked for a refund for the service fee. (home warranty company agreed to refund) I will hire my own honest electrician to handle the issue.
Be wary of things like this. Many other reviews have had similar experiences. If they are dispatched through a warranty company watch for things such as this. Hopefully they will be blacklisted from working with home warranty companies in the future.Avoid Like the Plague by histman on 6/13/2019
out of 5 starsIf I could give a zero I would. These people are the worst plumbers I have ever seen. They lie to customer, they lie to Sears Home Warranty, they have terrible customer services, and Alfred is the worst of the bunch. Not even two steps in the door, "I need a $100.00." Goes down and supposedly fixes my problem. Immediately I start smelling raw sewage and I can't use my refrigerator water. He calls Sears and says it is an appliance issue so Sears says they won't fix it because we don't have that coverage. Over a month it continues getting worse and worse and the health of my family starts feeling it. We call Sears again and they send a second company out to verify what T&N said. The new company says that T&N lied and it had nothing to do with the appliance. Not only that, the work they did was only done half-ass and the pipes are now sagging because they didn't put up the support straps. We had them take pictures and we sent them to Sears. Sears confirmed that T&N lied to us and lied to them, as they told Sears a third story. Of course, because the ground is wet with sewage, now they won't come out until is dry. When will that be? I don't know, call us when it's dry. How will we know when it is dry since we can't get down there? I don't know, let us know when it's dry. Call Sears again and they force T&N to come out. What does he do? Says he put straps up on his repair but there is still a leak in the sewage line. So, it had nothing to do with the appliance? That is bad too. I asked why didn't you fix that and the other pipe if that is what was wrong when you came out here? That isn't why were called. Are F...ing kidding me. If you use this company on your own accord you deserve to get ripped off. If a warranty company sends them out, refuse and demand a different company. These are the liars and charlatans. They give honest plumbers and small businesses a bad name. A third company is now out to fix what these people should have fixed.

out of 5 starsWe have used T & N plumbing & electrical services via home warranty very poor experience representative didn't show up within given time window. when he arrived he was not well equipped to perform the job there were multiple things listed on the work order where as he has perform nothing but just testing the outlet if working or not . which barely took him 10-15 min max as he was not well equipped to perform the job nothing he has fixed as per work order.
Home warranty should not give contract to such people and waste customer time. I have to contact back & forth several times to make sure the contractor is coming. Lady name SONIA/ SHANNON sound similar over the phone may be change of name. Liz the manager very rude no manners how to talk with customer .
